Esperanza Community Bike Shop

City of Albuquerque Parks and Recreation Department program. Teaches bike repair skills, bike safety; holds regularly scheduled "Open Shops" for public where work stations, tools, and spare parts are available with assistance for repair; "Build-a-Bike" program for 10-17 year olds; "Earn-a-Bike" program--attend two workshops on City Cycling and Roadside Maintenance and get a refurbished bike; high-school Work Study program.

Love, Inc

Callers are interviewed about their needs (clothing, household items, furniture, etc.) and matched with services and resources from local churches. Love, Inc. does not provide emergency or direct services. Call to see if transportation assistance or auto repair is available.

Rail Runner pass  (train system)

Veterans can obtain a free annual pass to ride the Rail Runner. See website for locations and details.

The Rock at Noon Day (previously Noon Day Ministries)

Helps people who are homeless find the best public transportation routes for their needs, then buys them bus passes. Repairs bicycles.

Car maintenance and minor auto repairs ("Pit Stop") at Coors location. Currently on third Saturday of month, but call for updates.
