Student Services and Online Learning

CNM is here to ensure your education will continue online during the COVID-19 outbreak. Live support, resources and departmental contact information is provided.

If you haven't been able to contact your instructor about online classes, contact the Contact Center, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Resources for online learning are available as well as a technical support guide.

If you're experiencing financial hardship the State of New Mexico can help.

CNM is under modified operations through May 3 and access to CNM physical locations is restricted.

All ongoing classes and support services will be done through online or remote methods. Do not come to campus. Your instructor(s) will update you on individual classes and keep you regularly informed.

CNM will continue to support you in completing your Spring Term courses. We will get through this time and you will complete your education.

Connect Services 
If you’d like to speak with an advisor about your classes, we're available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p. m. via chat or email at connect@cnm.edu. If you would like us to call you, please email us your phone number. Advisors will be able to provide course planning, degree evaluations, program/career guidance, transfer advisement and other services.

Virtual Drop-in Lab for Online Classes 
This group is staffed Mondays - Fridays, 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. to help you with any questions you have about your online classes in real time. Pop in and get your questions answered.

CNM Student Support Group 
Need support with everything going on? Join a daily video chat with CNM’s caring staff and faculty for resources and help. Calls are scheduled every weekday; no RSVP is needed.
