Interactive Classroom Technologies:  Annotation and Lecture Capture with PowerPoint

Robert Brooks (Audiovisual Services, CNM)

Piñon, 2:00-3:15

This presentation will provide attendees with a working understanding of advanced PowerPoint features and techniques.  These techniques can be used to help improve your organization and presentation of existing slideshows as well as assist you in creating new content that can be used both for traditional lectures as well as distance learning resources.  A PowerPoint recording demo will take place as part of the session to showcase how the software can be used as a low or no cost solution to lecture capture with annotation, using slides to create digital white boards, and making engaging media for students.  Attendees with basic or advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint may bring their own devices to follow along, but is not required to participate.
