The 2nd Annual Conference on Teaching and Learning at CNM, which is free to all participants, was held February 21, 2014, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

The Online Conference Program includes information about the conference venue, schedule, and content.

This year's conference was led by a keynote by Dr. James Lang, the Director of the Center for Teaching Excellence at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts.

The theme of the conference was “Cultivating Reflective Practice.” Through reflection, educators become more aware of the relationship between their instructional decisions and student learning; this awareness then underpins self-directed professional development aimed at improving student learning. During this conference, participants moved through and beyond the acquisition of new knowledge about teaching and learning towards identifying and creating opportunities to engage in enduring, sustainable professional growth.
