Transcript

I am interested in running a report to show all the courses I have completed. How do I run this report?

This report can be run by following the steps in the How to Run a Transcript Report job aid.

What do the different descriptions mean on the transcript page?

Depending on the course and the status of the course, the transcript will list different descriptions. The definitions can be found in the Transcript Descriptions Job Aid.

Why would I move my training to Archive?

The Transcript page will contain all training activity including completed, inactive, active, completed, waitlisted, and registered. The archive features allows the user to move training to Archive when it is no longer an active training or has been completed.

Note: Moving a training to the archived tab will not release the user from the training requirement. If uncompleted, the course will report as non-compliant to your supervisor, director, and vice president.

Waitlist

I have selected Waitlist as an option for a class that is full. Where will I see my status?

The Waitlist will be listed on the Transcript page. Scroll to the name of the training and move the cursor to the right of the screen to see Waitlist under Status. Alternatively, you can review the Events Calendar and check the status under My Events by selecting the Waitlist filter.

Will I be notified if I can register for a Waitlisted class?

The system will automatically notify the user via e-mail if an opening becomes available.

Note:  Waitlist functionality is on a first come, first served basis. Waitlists can be open for a few hours, or a few days.  If you are notified that a spot is available, you should log in to CNM Talent Management as quickly as possible to secure your spot.

What if I can’t register for the Waitlisted class as it remains full?

The system will list additional dates/times for the available sessions of the training event. The system will also users to select “Notify me of new sessions.” If you received notification that a spot was available, another user on the list may have already secured the seat.

If I am the first person on the Waitlist, will I be the first person notified if a spot is available?

No. In the interest of filling available seats as quickly as possible, the waitlist functionality will notify all members of the waitlist simultaneously and registration will then be on a first come, first served basis. Due to the timing of waitlist availability, opening this list one at a time is not the most efficient way to fill the class.

Withdrawing From a Course

The status of Withdrawn is on my transcript, what does that mean?

As a user, if you have withdrawn from a session this status indicates the action has been taken.

I choose to withdraw from a class and when I use the Select Session button I receive a message that the class is full. What does this mean?

The same procedures apply to all courses and if you choose to re-register for a different date it is possible the other class sessions may be full.  You can choose to select Waitlist or choose a different date.  If no other dates are available, then choose “Notify me of new sessions”.

Why would I move my withdrawn session to Archive on the Transcript page?

Moving the session to the Archive removes the session from your Active page. Over time this page will host all of your active courses (current or withdrawn) and this will allow you to keep the Transcript Active page populated with current information.

I would like to withdraw from an event or session, and the system is not giving me this option. Why?

Some events are mandatory and the Withdraw button has been deactivated. Once you are registered you will not be able to remove these mandatory sessions. If you registered in error and are unable to withdraw, please contact Human Resources at (505) 224-4600 or email for further assistance.
