CNM's Employee Giving Campaign

Leading the Way Identifier

The CNM Employee Giving Campaign, Leading the Way, allows employees to donate to the charity of their choice. Each year, CNM employees give thousands of dollars to better their community.

This year the campaign has a goal to raise $135,000.00 to support CNM scholarships and programs as well as other non-profits globally.

What is Leading the Way?

Leading the Way is CNM's annual Employee Giving Campaign in collaboration with United Way of Central New Mexico (UWCNM).

Where can I designate my donation?

You can designate to any recognized local or national charity, CNM Foundation Program Fund or CNM scholarship. You give to what matters most to YOU. Our employees support various causes in our CNM community, our region, nationally and internationally.

Starting in 2017, a 10% fee will be collected to  help support a UWCNM initiative. Donates made to CNM in support of a scholarship or program fund will remain 100%, while donors who give to outside agencies will be subject to the 10% fee.

Why should I participate in the Campaign?

Going on 18 years, CNM comes together as a larger community in conjunction with United Way of Central New Mexico (UWCNM) to bring a campaign to highlight the generous nature of our Central New Mexico region. Many employees prefer to donate through their payroll deduction – which makes their philanthropic outreach much easier.

Is there a minimum giving to participate?

There is no minimum – even $1 makes a difference. All employees who give a minimum of $24 or $1/per pay period (24 pay periods) supporting a CNM Foundation initiative do receive a gift of appreciation.

Most employees take advantage of payroll deduction so that they do not have to write a check or bring cash!

Campaign committee members are available to help you fill out the form and assist you with any information.
