Article 27: Faculty Management Committee

27.1

The parties agree to establish a faculty-management committee that shall be composed of up to three (3) representatives appointed by the College and up to three (3) representatives appointed by the Union. By mutual agreement of the parties, additional parties may be allowed to attend on a case-by-case basis. The purpose of the committee shall be to promote cooperation between the parties, in order to solve issues at the lowest possible level, not to continue the negotiations process. Either party may discontinue participation in this committee in the event they believe it no longer is meeting in accordance with its established purpose.
