Article 1: Recognition

1.1

The CNM Governing Board hereby recognizes the Coalition as the exclusive representative for all regular full and part time non-probationary/ trial period employees in the Security Officer I and Security Officer II job title as designated in the CNM Labor Relations Board Certification of October 20, 2014. The Coalition acknowledges that the College does not have Security Officer II positions. Any reference to the Security Officer II position is intended to reflect the Bargaining Unit as certified by the CNM Labor Board, and is for informational purposes only.

1.2

CNM will advise the Coalition in writing of all additional or newly established security positions to be included in the bargaining unit.

1.3

CNM will advise the Coalition in writing of the contemplated removal of security positions from the bargaining unit.
