Collective Bargaining Agreement for Instructional Support

36.1

The parties recognize that enhancing the quality of instructional support means employees support CNM’s mission and goals, with the College’s primary focus being on student success. To that end, CNM’s objectives are as follows:

a) increase student retention;
b) improve graduation rates;
c) strengthen academic performance by focusing on strategies that include improving student success indicators.

36.2

The employees, supervisors, and faculty recognize the importance of these goals and agree to collaborate to:

a) identify at risk students in order to increase the number of students who request and utilize CNM’s tutoring services;
b) expand the number of tutors embedded in courses;
c) track student success in particular courses.
