Article 37: Labor Management Committee

Collective Bargaining Agreement for Security Employees

37.1

In order to establish on-going dialogue and communications, the parties agree to form the Labor Management Committee meetings.

37.2

The Labor Management Committee shall consist of up to three (3) security officers appointed by the Coalition President and up to three (3) representatives of the College appointed by the Vice President of Finance and Operations with a chain of command that includes the Security Department.

37.3

The Labor Management Committee shall meet at mutually agreed upon times and locations and shall discuss issues of mutual concern regarding the administration of this Agreement. By mutual agreement the committee may issue a report with the recommendations to the Vice President and the Chief of Security.

37.4

Any written agreements reached as a result of such meetings shall not be binding upon the parties unless signed by the Coalition President and the President of the College.
