Data Center Operations
The Data Center Operations (DC Ops) team at CNM is a multidisciplinary group of technicians with individual skill sets and expertise.
What Our Team Provides
The DC Ops team orchestrates the operational aspects of CNM’s data center, including operating systems, Active Directory, server hardware, virtualization, software integration, and security integration. DC Ops works with all divisions of ITS and CNM in order to ensure that the college's technological needs are met now and into the future. The DC Ops team is also responsible for upgrades, patching, account creation, and database maintenance.
