What Our Team Provides

Dev Ops

The Dev Ops team develops custom software solutions that integrate with applications such as Banner, Degree Works, Active Directory, and Brightspace. The team is also responsible for the Java application servers running these applications on all production and test environments. The team assists users by troubleshooting unexpected results, extracting data, integrating ancillary applications with Banner, applying upgrades and patches, interacting with vendor customer support as needed, as well as creating and maintaining automated processes ensuring the ability of multiple departments to access CNM data and serve the institution.

In addition to custom software development, Dev Ops also maintains Ellucian's Banner application ecosystem, composed of different applications, back end services, and databases. Banner is used by all departments at CNM, such as Finance, HR, Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Payroll.

Web Team

The Web Services Team provides support, maintenance, and customization of CNM.EDU, myCNM portal, and other ancillary school websites and content management systems.

The team plans and develops web applications, sites, pages including cnm.edu and my.cnm.edu, and online.cnm.edu.
