To Report an Outage

Report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:

Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.

Regularly Scheduled Outages

Our regularly scheduled outages happen Thursday nights from 10:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. Friday mornings.
