New Email Format for ITS Service Requests

Footprints Box style email as of August 2015In response to customer feedback regarding the automated messages sent through the Footprints service request management system, ITS has come up with a new, easier to read email message format that will be put into production as of Friday, August 28th.

This new message format has been previewed by many different customers, and the responses have been overwhelmingly positive.
