The Service Desk does NOT monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

Fall Term Hours

OPEN:

  • Monday – Friday, 8/17/2015 – 8/28/2015 and 12/14/2015 - 12/18/2015:
    7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Monday – Friday, 8/31/2015 – 12/11/2015:
    7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: August 29, September 5, September 12 and September 19, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

CLOSED:

  • Saturdays (with the above exceptions) and Sundays 
  • September 7, 2015 (Labor Day), November 26-27 (Thanksgiving)

Reporting After Hours System Outages:  To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
