Replace and Rename Files

Replace and rename files that need to be updated.

It is good practice to review all files that are on your pages regularly. If you notice that a file is out-of-date, please replace or delete the file.

Replace and Rename Files

To replace a file, follow these steps:

  1. Select Contents from the side menu, then find and click on your documents folder. 
  2. Open the file that you want to replace. 
  3. Select Edit from the side menu. 
  4. Select Replace with new file, then click the Browse... button to find and select your file, press Open to attach it, and Save to upload it.

  5. Rename the file by updating the text in the Title field.

  6.  Rename the short name (the name that will be displayed in the URL) by going to the Settings tab and updating the name in the applicable field. Click Save to save all changes. Please remember to perform this step when replacing a file, as a new URL will aid with caching.
