Cancellation of Services

Please follow these procedures to cancel requested translation services.

If after submitting a request for translation, you learn that you will not be needing the translation, or if you discovered that you need to modify or re-write the content that you submitted, we ask you to please contact us as soon as possible.  If we outsource your translation to a contractor prior to your cancellation, it could cause an unnecessary expense for the College.

For any cancellation, please follow the steps below:

  • We prefer that you send an email to translate@cnm.edu; however, you may also contact
    • Manola Colter (505) 224-4000 x 53949, or
    • Rodney Ulibarrí at (505) 224-4000 x 50466. 
  • Provide the following information when contacting us:
    • Your name
    • Telephone number
    • School or department name
    • The name of the document
    • The date when you submitted the request
    • Job reference number, if applicable
  • You will receive a reply from translate@cnm.edu acknowledging receipt of your cancellation.
