The Service Desk does not monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.  If you submit a Service Request after business hours we will attend to it the next business day.

Hours

Monday - Friday through August 4: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm
August 6 - August 23: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm (Term Break)
August 24:
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (Closed for Convocation between 7:30 am - 1:00 pm)
Saturdays: August 25, September 1, 8 and 15: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.  You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2. Leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
