The Service Desk does not monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2. Leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm: December 11 - December 15, 2017

CNM Winter Break: CLOSED: December 16, 2017  - January 1, 2018

Extended hours for the beginning of Spring term:
Saturdays:   9:00 am - 2:00 pm: 1/13, 1/20, 1/27 and 2/3
