The Service Desk does not monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7.

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2. Leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.

Hours

Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm: August 8 - 25
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm: August 28 - December 8, 2017
Sundays: Closed

Extended hours for the beginning of Fall term:
Saturdays:  8/26, 9/2, 9/9 and 9/16:  9:00 am - 2:00 pm

CNM Holiday's:  Closed - September 4 (Labor Day), November 23,24 (Thanksgiving)
