The Service Desk does not monitor email 24/7, nor is ITS staff available 24/7. If you submit a Service Request after business hours we will attend to it the next business day.

Hours:

The week before term begins: 9:00  2:00 Saturday
First 3 weeks of Term: 7:30  8:00 Monday – Friday and 9:00 – 2:00 on Saturdays
Regular Term hours: 7:30 – 8:00 Monday – Friday
Term Breaks (non-instructional days): 7:30 – 5:00 Monday – Friday
Holidays: Closed

Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours, call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357. You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2. Leave a message to report the outage. This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.
