To Report an Outage

Report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of normal business hours:

Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-4357.

You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed. Select option #2; leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account password or computer problems.


During the weekly scheduled system maintenance window for CNM’s hosted Blackboard system, the following services will be unavailable; Friday, July 29, 12:01a.m. - 4:00 a.m.:

  • All services on CNM’s Blackboard/Learn system
