Be Aware of Internet Browser Issues Related to Timesheet App

June 10, 2015 -- Some timesheet approvers may be getting error messages while trying to approve timesheets. If this is the case, please try the following: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 10, it is recommended that you try using either the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.

Please follow these steps to access either browser on your computer:

  • Click the Windows Start Menu
  • Click in the “Search Programs and Files” dialog box
  • Type “Firefox” or “Chrome”
  • Click the application needed from the search results

All three browsers are supported by CNM’s Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) and should be available on your CNM computer now.  If you are missing any of these browsers, you cannot locate them, or your system still has Internet Explorer 8, please call the ITS Service Desk for assistance at ITSServiceDesk@cnm.edu, or call (505) 224-HELP (224-4357).

Please note that the CNM Payroll Office has moved to the Montoya Campus for the duration of the A Building renovation. Payroll recommends that all timesheets are submitted and approved by Friday so any issues or errors can be addressed before the Monday, 1 p.m. timesheet deadline. This is particularly important since any delayed time entry for non-exempt (hourly) employees will now result in a paycheck being mailed rather than delivered to the employee department due to the new location of the Payroll Department.
