The evening consists of two plays. “Low Moon,” by Caroline Graham and directed by Ray Rey Griego, is about the bond of two sisters who live with an over-controlling father. “The Liabilities,” written and directed by Steven Blacksmith, is a farce about Charlie Chaplin in the afterlife. Both plays are part of the CAT Theatrical Laboratory, which encourages students to produce their own work.

CNM focuses on creating theatrical productions as well as training students to use theatrical skill sets such as design, research, performance and collaboration in other professions and has recently launched a degree program in theatre. The program introduces students to the basics of theatre, acting and production.
