If you're due for some good laughs, then make plans to attend the CNM Spring Production "Sketchy" and prepare for an onslaught of gut-busting comedy skits designed to keep you laughing out loud for 66 hilarious minutes.

The CNM Theatre Department's "Sketchy" production will present 23 short plays in 66 minutes at the Vortex Theatre March 11-14 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. , and Sunday at 6 p.m.). For just $7, you'll fill up on laughs while supporting the CNM Theatre program. And all of the two- to four-minute skits were written by CNM students and employees, so witness the comedic brilliance of your CNM counterparts.

Be amused by the comedic escapades of raccoons defying interstate traffic, cowboys and cowgirls tackling deep philosophical issues with earthy wisdoms, the terror of that first middle school dance, newborn vampires and much more.

The always edgy Vortex Theatre is located just a few blocks from Main Campus at 2004½ Central Ave SE, but the main entrance is accessible from Buena Vista. For reservations call 247-8600 or go online to http://www.vortexabq.org/.
