Enterprise-wide Computing Resources Services to Be Unavailable

January 20, 2016 -- Due to scheduled upgrades at the CNM Student Resource Center (SRC), which will directly affect CNM’s Main Campus data center, the following services will be unavailable from 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27 to 4 a.m. (6 hours) on Sunday, Feb. 28.

All CNM enterprise-wide computing resources, including all:

  • Banner services
  • CNM internal web services
  • Printing services (including networked administrative, lab and classroom printers)
  • File management services (including home directories, SharePoint, "files.cnm.edu<http://files.cnm.edu>", K: and I: drives, etc.)

This system outage will NOT affect access to Distance Learning/CNM Learn!

This system outage will NOT affect CNM telephones.

This system outage will NOT affect access to email O365/Google mail!

This system outage will have some impacts access to CNM Home Page (Public Website)!
