Mr. Thomas’s teaching skills are impressive and he keeps students fully engaged in the classroom. He developed a proposal to have the Criminal Justice program provide state biennial training through online courses delivered by CNM’s Workforce Training Center. He has worked tirelessly as a liaison between CNM and the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy Board and Association of Counties to put this program into effect, which will ultimately save the agencies time, money and manpower, as well as increase the professional knowledge of officers state-wide.  Mr. Thomas reflects the finest qualities of an instructor and his dedication is second-to-none.
