A representative from Nationwide, which manages CNM's deferred compensation plan for CNM employees, will be available to answer your questions about the plan on June 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Human Resources conference room on Main Campus.

A representative from Nationwide, which manages CNM's deferred compensation plan for CNM employees, will be available to answer your questions about the plan on June 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Human Resources conference room on Main Campus.

To make an appointment, call 362-8814.  A deferred compensation plan, or 457 plan, is offered to CNM employees as a supplemental savings plan to retirement and Social Security.  This plan allows employees to make contributions from their salary on a pre-tax basis and federal, state, and local income taxes are deferred.  Employees do not pay tax on allowable contributions and their earnings until they begin making withdrawals from the plan.
