June 2011

On June 27, CNM will introduce its 2011-2012 Course Catalog, which will now be offered exclusively online in a dynamic, user-friendly format. Powered by Acalog, a top e-catalog provider for colleges and universities around the country, this new web-based catalog environment will allow students to easily search classes and programs, and interact with the catalog in an exciting new way.

The new electronic catalog offers a wide variety of empowering functions, including:

  • Searchable database of all CNM courses by course prefix or number
  • Students can create customized portfolios of their courses and programs of interest
  • Ability to share courses and programs via social media – Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Courses embedded within programs – no more flipping between programs and course descriptions
  • It's also compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

The catalog will also allow students to click on links that will take them from the catalog to the CNM website for related information. Specified pages can be printed from the online catalog, but in line with CNM's continuing sustainability efforts, a limited number of paper versions of the entire catalog will be printed.

Look for communications regarding the new catalog when it goes live on June 27.
