CNM Ingenuity, Mendology Form Public-Private Partnership To Revolutionize Massage and Physical Therapy Training

May 11, 2017 -- CNM Ingenuity, Inc., the 501(c)3 enterprise arm of Central New Mexico Community College, and Mendology, LLC, a New Mexico-founded startup, are teaming up to reinvent the delivery and quality of massage and manual (physical) therapy for professions such as physical therapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, occupational therapists and clinicians.

CNM English Instructors Create Free Online English Textbook to Save Students Money

May 10, 2017 -- A new e-textbook for English 1101 and 1102 was piloted at CNM during the 2016 Fall Term and the 2017 Spring Term and will be used again by students in the fall. The English textbook is available for free. Students can download it on their computers, tablets or smart phones.

CNM’s FUSE Makerspace Moving to Innovate ABQ Downtown

April 20, 2017 -- CNM’s FUSE Makerspace will be setting up shop in a much larger, higher profile location in late summer, when it moves to the Innovate ABQ research and innovation site in Downtown Albuquerque. Mayor Richard Berry made the announcement during a press conference on Wednesday in the future home of FUSE, the former Noon Day shelter turned Epicenter, which is right across the parking lot from the University of New Mexico’s Rainforest Building that is expected to open this summer on the seven-acre property.
