At the start of the work-study session, the Board will hold a closed session to discuss collective bargaining, personnel, property and legal matters. The collective bargaining matter is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H)(5) and 10-15-1 (I)(2); and the personnel matter is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H)(2) and 10-15-1 (I)(2); The property matter is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H)(8) and 10-15-1 (I)(2); and the legal matter is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H)(7) New Mexico Statutes Annotated 1978 (2005 Cum. Supp.). Following the closed meeting, the Board will reconvene in open session to discuss any other matters of interest to Board members. The public is invited to attend the open portion of the work-study session. Individuals requiring special accommodations should contact the Marketing and Communications Office, 224-4670, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

In the spirit of recognizing our numerous campuses, it is understood that if a meeting at a campus (other than Main Campus) is cancelled, then the succeeding meeting will be held at the campus whose meeting was previously cancelled.
