CNM Business Cards

Download the self-service templates and place orders for CNM Business Cards. Staff login is required to access the SharePoint material containing templates and instructions.

Beginning December 2019, any CNM employee may order their own business cards!

Our new process allows individual staff, faculty and department administrators to create and order business cards directly from the Duplicating & Postal Center (DPC). It’s quick, easy, and reduces wait times for your business cards.

IMPORTANT: You must have ITS install the Mission Gothic Font Kit on your computer before you can create business cards. The Mission Gothic Font Kit can be downloaded from SharePoint.

Please call ITS at 224-HELP (224-4357) when you are ready to install the font kit.

Guidelines for Creating Business Cards

Your business card communicates your official representation of CNM – follow these guidelines to ensure that your business cards are correct, professional & support the CNM Brand

  • You MUST use your official title, as approved by your supervisor. Do not use acronyms, shorthand or alternative titles.
  • You must also use the official name of your school or department on business cards. Do not enter acronyms or shorthand titles (e.g., use "School of Health, Wellness & Public Safety" instead of "HWPS"; use “Marketing & Communications Office” instead of “MCO” or "Marketing").
  • Be sure to use the “&” symbol in place of the word “and”.
  • Your business card must include at least one CNM direct phone number or extension. You may have one additional phone number (such as a cell phone) if you choose to do so. Fax numbers are optional.
  • Email addresses must end in @cnm.edu. DO NOT use non-CNM email addresses on your cards.
  • Please proofread your form before submitting. Do not use alternative formatting such as all capital letters, phone numbers without dashes, etc.

Ordering Business Cards

When your business cards are ready to print, place your order through the DPC Printing & Duplicating Request Form on SharePoint.

To order business cards from the form:

  • Enter your contact information & cost account into the form
  • Attach your PDF to the form under “Attach File”
  • Under “Service” choose the Business Cards option with the corresponding quantity of cards:
    • 100 cards for $8.00
    • 250 cards for $11.00
    • 500 cards for $18.00
  • Specify pick-up or delivery, and submit the form.
