• Databases : When you want information online, but you also want to have reliability.


• Advanced Search : The catalog search box above does a general keyword search of library materials; click here to set limits on a more advanced search.


• Book Pick-up : If you can't make it to the libraries, you can have CNM library books delivered to any campus for you to pick up.


• Electronic Periodicals : Search for full-text periodicals (such as newspapers, magazines, and journals) in some of our subscribed databases.


• Media Request : Instructors, you can fill out a request form to reserve media items for your classes.


• Library Instruction : Schedule to bring your class to the libraries.


• Class Schedule : Check the date, time, and location of your scheduled library instruction.

• Contact Information : Call the circulation desks at 224-3274 (Main) and 224-5721 (Montoya).


• Chat Reference : If you have a research question and cannot come to the libraries or call the reference desk, chat with a staff member online in the afternoons.


• Distance Learning Support : We've compiled a list of the services we provide for students taking hybrid, internet, and video courses.


• Citation Help : Get help with your research papers by learning to cite your sources correctly.


• Copyright : Keep your research intellectually honest by learning about copyright.


• Suggest Materials : Suggest titles to be added to the library collection.

Associates Programs Source (EBSCO) : This database is designed specifically for the research needs of two-year colleges, and provides comprehensive coverage of the most relevant associates program level content.

During the fall term, a librarian will be available at Westside campus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11:30-3:30 in room WS1-102C (in the Tutorial/Learning Center). Feel free to drop by and ask questions about the libraries, the library databases, or for research assistance. Additionally, if you need to reach someone over the phone, you may do so at 224-5423.
