Students can register ahead of time for the event, but you can join us without registration. You will be required to complete a health assessment form the day of the event. If you register for the event we will email you the health assessment form ahead of time. We will have health assessments forms available at the event. To register please complete and submit this registration form.

What to Bring

  • Your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID 
  • Social Security Number(s)
  • Driver’s Licenses
  • Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
  • Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable)
  • Student/ and or Parents federal income tax returns, W-2s, and other records of money earned. (Note: You may be able to transfer your federal tax return information into your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool.)
    • 2019 tax returns for completing 2021-2022 FAFSA
    • 2020 Tax returns for completing 2022-2023 FAFSA

Complete your FAFSA for the 2021-2022 academic year. This includes fall 2021, spring 2022 and summer 2022 terms. The 2021-2022 FAFAS will use tax information from the 2019 tax year. 

The 2022-2023 FAFSA will be available beginning on October 1, 2021. The FAFSA for the 2022-2023 academic year will use tax information from the 2020 tax year, which are the taxes typically filed on or before April 15, 2021.  There is no need to wait until after you file taxes like in previous years to fill out your 2022-2023 FAFSA. The 2022-2023 FAFSA will be used for the fall 2022, spring 2023 and summer 2023 terms. 

Complete Your FAFSA

If you have completed the FAFSA but did not request that a record be sent to CNM, you can still do so. Login to the FAFSA site, click "Add or Delete a School Code" in the FAFSA Follow-Up Step 3 section and add CNM's Federal School Code (004742).
