2026 General Obligation (GO) Bond 3 Election

No Tax Rate Increase

On November 3, 2026, New Mexico voters will decide on General Obligation (GO) Bond 3, a statewide bond measure that supports public higher education institutions across New Mexico. All registered voters in New Mexico can vote in this election. 

If approved, GO Bond 3 would fund capital improvement projects at colleges, universities, and specialty schools throughout the state. The measure would support facility improvements, technology upgrades, workforce development initiatives, and critical infrastructure projects— all without raising your property tax rates.
