Accreditation at CNM

Central New Mexico Community College is an accredited college committed to providing the highest standards of education to our entire student body.

CNM is participating in the Higher Learning Commission's Assessment Academy, a four-year program to support the improvement of our Student Academic Assessment Committee (SAAC) assessment processes.

Higher Learning Commission

Central New Mexico Community College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

The Higher Learning Commission accredits degree-granting post-secondary educational institutions in the North Central region through the Standard and Open Pathways. As of Fall 2018, CNM is on the Open Pathway.
