Block Transfer
Currently, included in the partnership between CNM and WNMU is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) highlighting the block transfer of the CNM Accelerated Liberal Arts, Associate of Arts degree programs with direct applicability to WNMU's Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies. In addition, with completion of the Accelerated Liberal Arts, Associate of Arts degree program, students will also receive transfer benefits such as:
- Institutional Requirements waived
- Guaranteed Admission to Western New Mexico University
- Tuition Lock Guarantee
Students enrolled in 15 credit hours per semester (or 30 credits per academic year), while maintaining a 2.0 grade point average, qualify for the locked-in tuition rate (student tuition will remain the same). As long as the student maintains these requirements, the tuition guarantee will stay in effect for two continuous years after the student enrolls in WNMU's Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies program.
