Article 39: Duration

This Agreement shall become effective upon signature of the parties and will expire on August 31, 2025. During July 2023 and 2024, either party may open negotiations on the limited issues of compensation and a maximum of two other non-economic items per party.

If the parties do not open negotiations during the intervening years of the contract as delineated in the paragraph immediately above, increases approved by the Board will be provided in accordance with Governing Board resolution.
