Madeleine Daugherty
Madeleine (Maddy) was born in Grants, NM, but grew up in Las Cruces, NM, where she attended New Mexico State University and earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree. She worked as a recruiter for NMSU based out of Albuquerque for two years before coming to CNM as a Recruitment Manager. As a recruiter, she found her passion in being able to assist students in achieving their post-secondary goals and is excited to bring her knowledge to Central New Mexico Community College. Serving the community by connecting them with the great opportunities at CNM is what drives her.

Brenda Mendez de Andrade
Brenda was born and raised in Juarez, Mexico. After graduating high school in Mexico she had the opportunity to attend San Juan College, a community college located in Farmington, NM where she obtained an associate of arts. Soon after graduating, she attended Fort Lewis College, where she graduated with a bachelor's in International Business, and later on, she received a master’s degree from New Mexico Highlands University. Brenda has worked in different sectors and industries, including higher education where she found a passion for serving and helping students reach their goals. Brenda enjoys playing sports such as soccer and tennis and doing outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.
Alexis was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She graduated from Del Norte High School and went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Alexis started at CNM and decided to finish her degree at UNM. Alexis is a first-generation college graduate and has found passion in helping students be successful in their college careers. Helping students be successful in college so that they can obtain a long term career after college is what drives her. Alexis enjoys planting, taking photos outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family.
Anthony was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from Valley High School and is currently in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Business from UNM Anderson School of Management. Anthony is a first-generation college student and has been at CNM for over four years. During those four years he has taken on various roles and projects at CNM and through those roles, he found a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals and encouraging their ambition. Anthony enjoys playing basketball, being outdoors and spending time with family.
