For every dollar a qualifying student puts into the account, public and private institutions will match the dollar with four dollars.

Nov. 11, 2013 -- CNM is saluting military veterans with a week-long schedule of ceremonies and activities that kicked off today, Nov. 11, Veterans Day. This will be the first year that CNM will recognize veterans with several events through the week.

Oct. 31, 2013 -- Wells Fargo Bank recently donated $100,000 to support CNM’s “Making Money Work,” a program that provides high school students across the state with the opportunity to take a CNM dual credit class on financial literacy. CNM and Wells Fargo celebrated the donation with a reception on Oct. 30 in the Student Resource Center.

Nov. 20, 2013 -- CNM has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU) that allows students taking career technical education courses at CNM – such as drafting, welding and culinary arts – to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (B.A.A.S.) from ENMU. This online degree will allow students to continue their education and, if desired, earn a degree exclusively online.
