The 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 FAFSA's are available. The FAFSA for the 2022-2023 academic year will use tax information from the 2020 tax year, which are the taxes typically filed on or before April 15, 2021.  There is no need to wait until after you file taxes like in previous years to fill out your 2022-2023 FAFSA. The 2022-2023 FAFSA will be used for the Fall 2022, Spring 2023, and Summer 2023 terms.

The FAFSA for 2023-2024 will use information from the 2021 tax year. The 2023-2024 FAFSA will be used for the Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024 terms.

Complete Your FAFSA

If you have completed the FAFSA but did not request that a record be sent to CNM, you can still do so.

  1. Login to the FAFSA site, click "Add or Delete a School Code" in the FAFSA Follow-Up Step 3 section.
  2. Add CNM's Federal School Code: 004742

Adding CNM's school code will ensure that your FAFSA is submitted to CNM automatically.
