The Human Resources Department is in the process of relocating to the Ted Martinez (TM) building at Main Campus (formerly the Administration - A Building). Due to the relocation of our telephones and computers, we are experiencing a temporary delay in response time. We should have all of our equipment and phones set up no later than Thursday, July 28, 2016, at 8:00 a.m.

Form 1095 (Affordable Care Act) Tax Forms now available
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will use the information reported from your 1095 to determine whether you may have to pay a fine for failing to comply with the Affordable Care Act. Think of the 1095 ACA tax form as your “proof of insurance” for the IRS.

While the information on these forms may assist in preparing a tax return, they are not required for 2015 tax preparation. Like last year, taxpayers can prepare and file their returns using other information about their health insurance.
