Human Resources Offers Online Access for Open/Switch Enrollment Period for Health Benefits and Flexible Spending Accounts

Beginning Oct. 6, employees will be able to change their benefit options online during the annual Open/Switch Enrollment period for health benefits and flexible spending accounts. The Open/Switch Enrollment period runs from Oct. 6 to Nov. 14. If you plan to make changes, please submit your changes as early as possible to ease processing time. If no changes are made, your current health benefits will continue for the new plan year. You must re-enroll in the flexible spending account to continue it for the year ahead. Attend a benefit event with information and online enrollment assistance near you

CNM Human Resources is providing the opportunity for employees to learn more about their health benefits, flexible spending accounts (FSA), and the online enrollment process.  This is a great opportunity for employees to receive information about their benefits and ask the Human Resource (HR) staff or The Cafeteria Company questions regarding the plans offered.  In addition, employees will receive personal assistance on how to utilize the online enrollment systems for health and/or FSA for any changes they would like to make or enroll in. 

Keep in mind the CNM 2014 Employee Health & Wellness Fair will kick off the year on Friday, October 10 at Smith Brasher Hall.  It will be a great opportunity to engage with many vendors, HR staff, and online enrollment assistance.  To offer additional support, HR will be visiting other locations to deliver onsite assistance with the new online enrollment system and information for employees to aid in making the most informed decision.  Please see additional locations, dates, and times below.
