Coordinated Program Entry- 2014 and Beyond
Beginning in Summer 2014, students who wish to be considered for one of the Coordinated Entry Programs in Health, Wellness and Public Safety must complete an online Pre-Registration Screening Form. Students will be screened for the minimum requirements for a specific Coordinated Entry Program.
Online Pre-Registration Screening Forms for all Coordinated Entry Programs that begin in Fall 2014 will be available from May-June 2014 on the Coordinated Entry Program website. Students must submit an online Pre-Registration Screening Form to be eligible to register for classes in a Coordinated Entry Program.
Students who submit an online Pre-Registration Screening Form and who meet the minimum requirements will be given approval to register for a Coordinated Entry Program. If approved for registration, you will be notified of the specific date and time to register. All students who meet the minimum requirements will have an equal opportunity to register for the program they are approved for. Seats are limited and enrollment is not guaranteed.
