2026 Program Review

The annual Collegewide Integrated Program Review (CIPR) process provides a collaborative opportunity to reflect on our work and continuously improve CNM’s offerings.

The 2026 program review will begin in November with academic schools reviewing program data and providing feedback and recommendations. Faculty engagement in this process is vital to understanding the health of programs and ensuring they receive appropriate support. School leadership will provide guidance for how faculty should provide feedback about a program.

Once the schools have made their recommendations, the review process will continue with feedback from divisions across the College, after which the Education & Learning Council and CIPR Leadership will submit a recommendation to the Strategic Executive Team. Any programs recommended for Sunset, or deactivation, will be presented to the College Curriculum Committee and CNM Governing Board for approval. All other final designations will be announced in February 2027.

The full process, including target thresholds and descriptions of data used, can be found on the CIPR webpage. See the detailed 2026 Program Review Timeline for more information.

2025 Program Support

Cross-divisional program support plans have been developed and implemented for programs designated Fix or Grow during the 2025 program review. See the 2025 CIPR Program Review Final Designations for the full list of final program designations, and the 2025 CIPR Program Support Dashboard for plans and updates.
