Earn an Associate of Arts Degree in Early Childhood (Birth-3rd Grade) in 18 months or Teacher Education (Elementary/Special Education) in 15 months.

    Fast Track programs are comprehensive, accelerated ways for you to reach your career goals of becoming an licensed educator in teacher education (elementary/special) or early childhood education.  The degrees we currently offer are:

    • Teacher Education (Elementary/Special Education)
    • Bilingual Teacher Education (Elementary/Special Education)
    • Early Childhood (Birth - 3rd Grade)

    The bilingual track offers more than half the coursework in the Spanish language and prepares the student to take the bilingual endorsement exam, La Prueba, as they transition to a four year institution.

    Program Details

    CNM Fast Track is a cohorted program offered in a combination of both real time online classes, online classes with no live requirements, and at least one in-person field experience in your community. Classes are primarily offered in two 7-week blocks per term.

    Full cost of the program is $7,399.00 and is eligible for Financial Aid and Scholarships. Fill out a Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) and contact a CNM Financial Aid advisor.
