  • If dishonest behavior is observed it will be documented and the instructor notified.

  • Ear Plugs upon request
  • A proctored, secure testing environment.

Instructor Guidelines

  • Please complete and submit a Testing Form and class roster for each exam you would like administered at the Assessment Center. Contact us with any questions about filling-out the form.
  • Please submit your Testing Forms as early in the term as possible, or submit your test dates as a place holder. This helps us determine the department’s staffing needs based on anticipated testing volume. Testing Forms submitted less than three days prior to the test start date may be subject to approval depending on the volume of testing already scheduled.
  • Computer-based tests may be administered at all campuses (except SVC); Paper-based exams may be administered at Main campus only.
  • It is the instructor’s responsibility to arrange drop-off and pick-up of paper-based exams. We will scan and email a small number of exams (10-20 pages) as requested. (We discourage sending completed exams through inter-office mail, but will do so if requested.)
  • Please include the instructor’s name on all exams.
  • Students with needs other than regular classroom conditions may be referred to the Disability Resource Center.
