The Education & Learning Business Analysts (BAs) support data-centric processes across the division of Education & Learning.
Services offered
- Education & Learning process support: The BAs assist with business processes through automation design and development, exploration of potential efficiencies, and assistance building team connection tools.
- Education & Learning data products: The BAs produce data reports and dashboards for Education & Learning internal operations and data exploration. They do not produce data for external reporting or analyses for policy or process decisions, which are done by the Office of Data Strategies instead.
- Training and presentations: The BAs train teams across Education & Learning on available tools for team collaboration, process automation, and data access.
