Coming in May 2018: CNM's first Latin American Studies Study Abroad program! We will travel to Antigua, Guatemala.

Between May 19 and 27, 2018, students will spend eight days learning about and exploring highland Guatemala. Our group will be based in the beautiful colonial city of Antigua. Two CNM faculty members, Dr. Jessica Craig and Dr. Brandon Morgan, will act as guides and instructors.

Activities will include a visit to an ancient Maya site, an overnight excursion to Lake Atitlán, a field trip to a weaver's co-op, and a cooking class in which students will learn about and make local cuisine.

CNM students will be eligible to receive course credits for the trip! Stay tuned for details!

This Study Abroad experience is made possible in partnership with UNM's Latin American and Iberian Institute.
