CNM faculty, staff, and students can access the Alemba Self-Service Portal to open and manage requests and search helpful knowledge articles

The ITS Department uses Alemba, an Enterprise System Management (ESM) tool, to manage requests. Faculty, staff, and students can access the Alemba Self-Service Portal to open and manage requests and search helpful knowledge articles.

Create a request online via the Alemba Self-Service Portal at support.cnm.edu. Log in using your CNM email and password.
