ITS Scheduled Outages

The Information Technology Services Department will provide prior notice when scheduled maintenance affects the availability of CNM’s systems.

Announcements will be posted on this page, via Suncat Times and News Link, and emailed to AllCNM and Students.

The weekly maintenance window is every Thursday from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. Friday.
Quarterly maintenance on Banner and other systems is scheduled on the following Sunday mornings in 2024.
- June 16
- September 22
- November 10
No changes or maintenance of systems are allowed during the first two weeks and the last two weeks of each academic term.
