ITS Scheduled Outages
CNM's course registration and DegreeWorks systems will be unavailable from Saturday, April 18 at 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Sunday, April 19.
The weekly maintenance window is every Thursday from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m. Friday. No changes or maintenance of systems are allowed during the week prior to the academic term, the first week of the term, and the last week of the term. Please contact ITS Support if you experience technical issues after any outage.
Announcements will be posted on this page, via CNM's newsletters The Scratch and News Link, and emailed to AllCNM and Students.
Quarterly Outages
Quarterly maintenance is scheduled on Sundays throughout the year to minimize disruption to the CNM community.
Banner, registration, and other systems will typically be unavailable from 8 a.m. - noon on the following Sundays:
- June 28
- August 23
- November 15
