About Us

ITS Service Desk acts as the first contact for the ITS Department and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support via telephone, email, the ticketing system, and PC remote control.  We measure our success weekly via industry-standard best practices Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Workday Support

CNM will be providing dedicated Workday support in case you have any questions about using the new system starting December 17.

Go-Live Support Hours

Special Workday support hours will match the regular ITS Service Desk hours starting Saturday, Dec. 17 through Monday, Dec. 19. 

  • Monday through Friday: 5 a.m. – midnight
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Winter Break Support Hours

We will also have Workday support available over Winter Break during the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, Dec. 20: 8 a.m. – noon
  • Wednesday, Dec. 21: 8 a.m. – noon
  • Thursday, Dec. 22: 8 a.m. – noon
  • Monday, Jan. 2: 8 a.m. – noon

Spring Term Support Hours

Regular hours resume Tuesday, Jan. 3.

  • Monday through Friday
    7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday
    8 a.m. – 5 p.m.


Reporting After Hours System Outages

To report a large-scale computer or telephone system problem affecting multiple people outside of usual business hours:

  • Call the ITS Service Desk at (505) 224-HELP (4357).
  • You'll hear a message that the Service Desk is closed.
  • Select option #2.
  • Leave a message to report the outage.

This is NOT for reporting individual account passwords or computer problems.
