About Human Resources

The Human Resources (HR) Department is responsible for the employee lifecycle, which includes talent management, compensation, training, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and faculty contracts for the College. 

The HR Department is a strategic business partner and strives to enhance the employee experience to meet and/or exceed business and operational needs, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.    

HR supports the College’s strategic direction, mission, vision, and values as well as important initiatives such Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We seek to support the College’s culture through recruitment, employee engagement, and the employee life cycle.
