Campus Maps
All lots on Montoya, Westside, South Valley, Rio Rancho, and Advanced Technology Center require a parking permit. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
Additionally, ParkMobile, a way to pay for parking from your smartphone, is available for use at Main, Montoya, and Westside Campuses.

Event Parking
Parking is permitted in the SSC and SB lots on the weekends and some weeknights for the following events*:
- Isotopes games
- UNM men’s and woman’s basketball games
- UNM football games
- NM Bowl game
- United Soccer games
- And more...

Main Campus
You have two options for parking: general parking or reserved parking.
For loading, please refer to the Main Campus Loading Zones Map.
General Lots
General parking is extremely limited on Main Campus. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
SB and BMX
You can find general parking in the Smith Brasher lots, (all lots west of University Blvd), or the BMX lot.
Isotopes Baseball Stadium Lots
The Isotopes Baseball stadium lots can be used by students, faculty, and staff members and are available for overflow parking. A valid CNM general parking permit or reserved parking permit is required to park in these two areas. However, parking is prohibited on game days or during special events. You can view game schedules below:
Your vehicle will be towed if you are parked in the Isotopes lots during these restricted times.
Reserved Permit Lots
Reserved permits are lot-specific. Purchase a reserved lot permit to get access to one of the following parking areas:
- North
- Central
- JS
- PPD
- TC
- SSC
